Stockman & Loram is owned by Ian Loram, with the business now operated by his two sons Dominic and Sebastian, along with Ian’s wife Vanessa. The Loram family are assisted by their well respected team of experienced local funeral directors Elaine Harrison, Les Down, Stuart Gayton, Robert Hunt, Kim Palmer and Neil Edwards.
Many local families would have known Ian’s father, Douglas Loram, who previously owned Torquay firms Torbay & District and Drakes of Torbay and also Maunders Funeral Services in Paignton prior to his retirement in 2001.
Sadly, these funeral directors are now owned by a national group and are not family run. Consequently Stockman & Loram are the longest remaining family owned and run funeral directors in Paignton and Brixham and continue to look after families throughout Paignton, Brixham, Torquay and across South Devon.
